Grocery store:
price per bottle = 13.80/12 = $1.15 per bottle
Convenience store:
price per botttle = 11.80/10 = $1.18 per bottle
The grocery store is cheaper , as the cost per bottle is lower.

**To find out the price per bottle, divide the total cost by the number of water bottles.
** Grocery Store: Price per bottle=$13.80÷12 =$1.15 Convenience Store: Price per bottle=$11.80÷10 =$1.18
**The grocery store has the better buy because the price per bottle is cheaper.

The grocery store sells bottled water for a lower price per bottle, which is $1.15 compared to $1.18 at the convenience store. Therefore, the grocery store is the better buy. Choose the grocery store for a cheaper option.
