Answer-
*She does not have enough cloth . She needs ****8 ft² *** of more cloth.
Solution-
Latisha needs 60 square feet of cloth.
She has a rectangular piece of cloth that measures 3 feet by 9 feet
Area of the rectangular piece cloth,
A re a 1 = 3 × 9 = 27 f t 2
She also has a square piece that measures 5 feet on a side
Area of the square piece cloth,
A re a 2 = 5 2 = 25 f t 2
Then,
Total cloth area = 27 + 25 = 52 f t 2
As, 52 < 60, so she does not have enough cloth. She needs (60-52)=8 ft² cloth more.

Latisha does not have enough cloth. She has 52 square feet of cloth but needs 60 square feet. Therefore, she requires an additional 8 square feet of cloth.
