What you need that you have here is the rate: 34 d a y c a rs cars in 7 days = x 7 d a ys c a rs
Now we can set up a proportion:
1 d a y 34 c a rs = 7 d a ys x c a rs 34 ∗ 7 = x ∗ 1 x = 238 cars
Hope this helps! :)

Chevrolet produced 238 Corvettes in 7 days by multiplying their daily rate of 34 cars by 7 days. This gives a total of 34 x 7 = 238 cars. Thus, they made 238 Corvettes during that week.
