If we want to has 100 in the denominator we have to divide numerator and denominator by 2. Then total value of fraction doesnt change. 200 46 = 200 : 2 46 : 2 = 100 23 Now read the fraction, its 23 hundreds, now just write as decimal, so, 0.23

To show \(\frac{46}{200}\) on a hundredths grid, simplify it to \(\frac{23}{100}\) by dividing by 2. Shade 23 squares on a grid of 100 to represent the fraction, which converts to decimal form as 0.23.
